How we use the information collected

Each school is responsible for collecting and reporting information pertaining to specific data points including household demographics, food distribution, student enrollment and other measurable information determined by each unique action plan.

As equal partners in this project it is important that you submit the required monthly data accurately and in a timely manner. We need this data in order to share it in real-time with the foundations and other funders that provide the resources we use to operate the program.

All data is to be submitted by the 5th of the month for the prior month (i.e. January data is due by February 5). No new food orders can be placed if data has not been reported by that date.
